We often start the year by looking at the types of goals that we want to achieve; aspects of our lives we may want to change, progress we may want to make in ourselves and challenges we want overcome. Join me for a two-part course of Punk Rock Yoga to affirm those goals and kick start your 2018 with the life you want and deserve.

Affirm your goals, realise your dreams

Part 1 of 2 Punk Rock Yoga sessions.

This session focuses on building strong foundations that build strength and confidence, relieve the feelings of fear and break stagnant habits that are holding you back. You will learn about forgiveness to yourself and others, to create your own path and personal aspirations.

We will focus on asanas (poses), pranayama (controlled breathing) and meditation that build strength, relieve fear, break habit patterns and promote feelings of generosity and compassion. Allowing you to let go of what is holding you back and begin to realise your dreams.

The class will be quite energetic and use breath and movement to carefully chosen skate punk, hardcore, rock, punk and post-rock. The yoga style is suitable for beginners and intermediate. Modifications are available. However, do get in touch if you'd like to discuss before attending.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Bottle of water
  • Warm clothes (jumper and socks) for the relaxation - feel free to bring your own blanket.

There are two parts to this class, but you can book them individually if you like. There is a discounted 2-class pass if you'd like to book both dates.

Part 2 of 2: Transforming your goals, manifest your dreams (Class 2, 16 January 2018)
This is the second class of ‘Affirm, transform and manifest your dreams’ two-part Punk Rock Yoga class. This class follows on from the above session and will focus on using willpower and determination to transform your goals and live your dreams.
